Our after-sales service is a direct extension of our manufacturer expertise: a team of specialised technicians, trained in-house on all our ranges, spread across the whole of Europe and available internationally. Their mission is to guarantee the reliability and longevity of your installations, season after season.
From the first start-up to emergency repairs, including preventive maintenance and seasonal adjustments, our technicians know every component of our machines — frost protection wind machines, FrostGuard, FrostBuster, oil and pellet boosters — and work to rigorous protocols to maintain the original performance of each piece of equipment.
Thanks to an effective territorial coverage combining in-house teams and a network of dealers trained in AgroFrost technologies, we can intervene directly on site or assist you remotely for a quick diagnosis, a settings check or technical advice ahead of the season.
We also offer customised maintenance contracts: scheduled preventive visits, safety checks, priority assistance during critical frost periods.
